Panel Build

Applied Integration provides bespoke electrical, pneumatic and control panel design including intelligent Motor Control Centres (iMCC), Variable Speed Drives (VSD), PLC & Remote I/O Panels (RIO), Network Panels, Power Distribution Panel Boards, HMI Panels, Push Button & Indication Stations, Field Isolation and Junction Boxes.

Offering flexibility and scalability, from full 3D design services including general arrangement (GA) drawings, electrical schematics, comprehensive bills of materials (BOMs) or simply manufacture and build from our customer’s existing drawing set.

Manufacturing, testing and quality control of our high quality panels, operator stations, desks and consoles for the defence and industrial markets, takes place at Applied Integrations 28,000 sq ft dedicated panel facility located in Stokesley, North Yorkshire.

Pneumatic Controls

Pneumatic control cabinets allow a simple and practical control of all cylinders and pneumatic actuators according to a certain pneumatic installation powered by compressed air or other fluids.

We design and mount pneumatic control panels and cabinets based on our customers technical needs and requirements.
